Events

Emerging soprano Mardy Farrugia will be performing a delightful programme of classical songs such as excerpts from Mozart’s operas, Puccini, Pergolesi and Bellini, amongst others. She will be accompanied by Elaine Mercieca.

 All these events are held at Our Lady of Victory church, Valletta starting at 12:30pm. They are being organised by Barocco Foundation with the collaboration of Din L-Art Helwa. A Violin, Flute, Harp and Voice Performance

featuring Manon Galy – Violin, Anissa Baniahmad – Flute, Anne Marie Camilleri Podesta’ – Harp, Gillian Zammit – Soprano

The musicians will delight the audience with fascinating works by Massenet, Gaubert, Debussy, Piazzolla, Saint Saens, Fauré, Strauss, Ibert and Berlioz.

2^nd Concert – A Piano and Voice Performance

featuring Rachel Gauci – Piano, Clare Ghigo – Mezzo Soprano

The audience will be enchanted with works by Brahms, Mallia Pulvirenti and Benjamin Britten.

3^rd Concert – A String Quartet Performance

featuring Ester Garcia Salas – Viola, Inmaculada Muñoz Salgüero — Violin, Agnieszka Kuzma – Violín, Frank Camilleri — Violoncello

The performers will regale the audience with works by Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga, Joaquín Turina, Isaac Albéniz.
